The latest release of DocuShare features personalized views, few clicks, mobile-friendly web design, application integration and enhanced workflow and lifecycle management. DocuShare 7 is available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Some key attributes of the connector:

  • The source system retains the master information and the Elastic index has only a representation (pointers). Users click on a search result and are taken to their original item or document.
  • Supports both full and incremental crawls. Incremental crawls extract only content which has changed since the last crawl.
  • With BAI Smart Previews, users can find information within the documents. Smart Previews starts users at the most relevant pages. Each page is fully hit highlighted, using color coding for different terms. Users can search inside or navigate using a dynamic hit-map to rapidly evaluate content for relevance and locate information deep inside documents.
  • With other connectors, our ConnectivityHub creates a unified index to make search results more relevant.

Future-proof Your Investment

As new versions of Elasticsearch, Elastic Cloud, and Elastic Cloud Enterprise are released, new features and functionality are introduced.
