Chief Customer Officer
Sean works closely with all BA Insight customers to ensure that the products in use are delivering business value and solving the business challenges they were bought for. He helps ensure customers deploy their original vision through the initial implementation, and then works with them throughout the lifecycle of their application. He is most interested in helping customers solve complex problems through the aggregation and manipulation of disconnected enterprise data, which he sees as the real measure of a search systems success.
During his more than 15 years of experience in Enterprise Software, Sean has worked closely with many Fortune 1000 companies around the world, helping them deliver results through innovative software and services. He has held leadership positions in IT, software engineering, customer support, and professional services, so he understands the ever changing demands being put on BA Insights customers.
